Bluefin Sushi Bar is a small space tucked within several other business on the corner of a busy neighborhood street. It has bar seats where you can sit directly in front of the sushi chef, and limited seating with less than ten tables. As more and more sushi spots pop up around Portland, this place offers diners a chance to enjoy a more authentic experience. As for the food? Bluefin Sushi Bar has a large and creative number of sushi rolls, as well as other Japanese dishes, such as teriyaki and tempura. As a bonus, the prices are more than reasonable.
Our menu centers around our signature bowl of Yuzu Shio Ramen; a light-colored broth built upon a reduction made from dried seafood, seaweed, an assortment of salty ingredients, citrus notes of yuzu, and plenty of Umami. Our kitchen handcrafts noodles using the same techniques employed in our Nanasawa Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture or "central kitchen" at the foot of Afuri mountain.
