Fish on the Roll is a new, locally owned sushi food truck. Developed from the ground up, mixing traditional Japanese sushi, with new Americanized techniques and practices, right here in the Treasure Valley. We provide fresh, high quality, sushi at our pop-up events, daily lunch and dinner services, and catered events.
