Longhouse showcases ocean-fresh, handcrafted and made to order sushi rolls, sashimi, small plates plus traditional rice and noodle dishes. Representing many styles of Asian cuisine, no matter what your tastes are, there is something on the menu that will satisfy your craving. The dining room features bar top and table seating for 60 guests, with an open kitchen allowing you to watch the chefs create each dish. We offer a selection of traditional sake, bottled Asian and craft beers, flavorful hot tea and one-of-a-kind handmade cocktails. Our Sushi represents a contemporary twist to the culinary tradition of sushi. Our aim is to offer recipes that go beyond these our menu items. This is accomplished by creating unique recipes that utilize ingredients not typically associated with sushi but serves up delicious sushi with visual flair. one look at the vibrant color combination and arrangements invokes a sense that you are bringing home a meal that is nothing short of gourmet.
Sushi and Noodles are our specialties. What are you craving for? Simple California Roll? Seared Salmon nigiri? or Salmon Premium Roll? Las Vegas Roll? Either raw, cooked, fried, we have them. We use the best ingredient possible. I am a foodie (travel for food, not for sight-seeing type) I don't like to skimp on ingredients and over charge people. Right food, right taste, and right price.
