Wataru is "Ediomae" style sushi restaurant in Seattle, featuring Omakase sushi selections. We are located on the ground floor of Saxe Building in Ravenna, Seattle., Wataru is proud to be a favorite sushi restaurant of Seattleites - using quality ingredients with a strong emphasis on the finest, local and imported seasonal seafood from "Toyosu fish Market" in Tokyo, contributing to a completely unique and authentic dining experience! SUSHI BAR "Omakase" on Wednesday to Friday from 7:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm. (Sushi bar reservations are accepted up to 1 months in advance. Reservations go live at 12:00 am on the 1st of each month for the following month.) Take out will be continued every Thursday and Friday from 5 pm. (Online takeout reservation opens up at 12:00 am on every Sunday for the following Thursday through Sunday pick up.)

Tucked away in a shady spot on 45th Street is this immensely popular Japanese eatery. There is no getting around the fact that things at this stylish, little place are cramped most nights. What brings in the crowds is the wonderful sushi, but the teriyaki, curries and tempura are also good. The menu is extensive and the food is reasonably priced. There is also a good selection of vegetarian dishes including vegetable skewers and rolls.
