At El Tianguis we are famous for our delicious rolled taquitos (aka rolled tacos, aka flautas). We offer a variety of flavors that include beef, chicken and vegetarian, and all our items are GLUTEN FREE. Our menu also includes Tacos, Quesatacos, Nachos, Rice Bowls and Loaded Fries, all with your choice of carne asada, grilled chicken, adobada, birria and carnitas. In addition, we have recently added Grilled Fish tacos to our menu.
You will not find "Mexican lite" served here. Instead, good soul-satisfying Mexican food here at Miguel's Cocina. You will find enchiladas smothered with sauce and cheese, as well as tostada supremes laden with sour cream and guacamole. Do not forget to ask for the special "white sauce" with the chips and salsa that all the locals do! With good food, friendly service and a full bar, this small restaurant has become a San Diego favorite. Without reservations, expect to wait an hour on weekend nights.
Taco Turf has a trendy colorful decor, with surf boards and surfing stickers adorning the walls and the ceilings. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is equally pleasing. The wait staff is polite and interactive. You might have to wait a bit for your order to arrive, but when the dishes are finally served, you won’t have any room left for complaints. The tacos are served sizzling hot and fresh and are not only humongous but quite amazing in taste too. Try the Grilled Fish tacos and the Carne Asada burritos.
