Both with extensive knowledge in the Guatemalan and international Gastronomic market. Miguel Santiago ITZEP ITZEP originally from Cunen, Quiché, Guatemala offers 30 years of experience in Guatemalan artisan bread and always implementing new ideas and techniques to offer a better product. For his part, Jose Gustavo Lepe, originally from Sansare, El Progreso, Guatemala. He spent part of his childhood on the South Coast of Guatemala, Mazatenango, Suchitepeques. Where he grew up among bakeries, restaurants and commerce in general. Retired from the airline industry where he held several positions including the creation and supervision of executive class service including menu design, on-board service, general manager in different airlines. Founder of Tortilleria and Taquería la Bamba founded in 2005.
