We opened our first restaurant with a simple commitment to fresh ingredients and handcrafted recipes. Del Rancho started as the dream of J.R. Holt -- literally. In 1961, he dreamt of a steak sandwich so delicious it would be his restaurant's signature item, one that would be beloved far and wide. After perfecting the recipe for three years, he introduced the Steak Sandwich Supreme to Oklahoma at Del Rancho and has been making the world a more delicious place ever since.
