Casa Toro
Casa Toro is a popular casual dining restaurant specializing in Latin cuisine. The Mexican inspired decor features warm ochre walls that are lined with artwork and memorabilia. Cactus Blue was named best Mexican Restaurant in the Valley 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and we just won again for 2009. We were also named Decadent Dish-Mexican by Lehigh Valley Style 2006, 2007 and 2008.
