Bimbos Cantina

A quintessential part of the Capitol Hill's dining scene, Bimbo's Cantina is one of the top Mexican restaurants in the area. Mostly known for their burritos, this ethnically-decorated restaurant is a good spot to catch up with friends and enjoy Mexican food and drinks. Those coming for the first time must try the burrito or the pork verde. Other options include the tacos, nachos, quesadillas and fajitas. The experience is incomplete without the house margaritas which are served in simple mason jars. Beer and sangria are also available. And downstairs you will find Cha Cha Lounge, perfect for late night fun post-dining.

Tacos El Tajin

Tacos El Tajin is a great food truck to try out some spicy burritos. They have a regular-sized one and a super-sized one for burrito fans. The menu also features tacos, quesadillas, mulitas and salads. Their regulars are quite vocal about the quality of the food, which is quite evidently inexpensive and fresh. Try the Spicy Pork or Steak Tacos with pickled carrots and jalapenos, if you're confused about what to order.
