Casa de la Birria – Birria Pizza Our signature Birria Pizza is a bold fusion of authentic Mexican flavor and crispy comfort food. Made on a large 14" flour tortilla, this pizza is layered with tender, slow-cooked birria beef and melted cheese, then crisped to perfection. Topped with fresh cilantro and onions for a burst of flavor, and served with our house-made salsas on the side. Every order includes a free cup of rich, savory consommé for dipping, delivering the full birria experience in every bite.
We provide fresh Mexican and Italian quick service food. Come inside to eat and take advantage of our free salsa bar or come through our drive through!
