Chef Paul Decarli uses his extensive experience gained at some of Portland's top-rated restaurants to craft a menu of Italian specialties out of the best of Northwest ingredients. The cooking draws varied inspirations and offers a good mix of classics as well as the chef's innovative takes. Wife Jana sets equally high standards of service at the restaurant. decarli sits in a historic building with great character and there has thankfully been no effort to change this.
