If you want to experience the authentic flavors and aromas of Italy, then try the pizzas at Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana. Every ingredient has been specially selected to replicate the original thin-crust pizzas of Naples that have since spread throughout the world. Starting with a sourdough starter, ultra-fine "00" flour and Mediterranean sea salt, the pizzas are topped with authentic fior di latte mozzarella before being flash-baked in the 905 degrees Fahrenheit (485 degrees Celsius) ovens for 60 to 90 seconds. The menu is incredibly straightforward, featuring traditional antipasti and salad courses before unveiling the numerous pizza variations in stock. For the authentic taste of Naples, make sure to order one of the three traditional pizzas that trace their roots back to 15th Century Italy. What makes this restaurant stand apart from other Italian restaurants is their method, in which the diner is sure to receive a pie in true Neapolitan style. In fact, the oven itself was transported brick-by-brick from the owner's native province of Campania.
