It all starts with the dough. NY pies come from NY water. Dough made fresh daily, with no oil, no sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup and with filtered water to replicate the water back in New York. It is then hand tossed to create a crust that's authentic, thin and airy. We add our signature sauce, whole milk mozzarella and fresh, all-natural toppings and we're ready to bake the pie to perfection. Unlike the big pizza chains that mass-produce their pies through conveyor belt, assembly-line ovens, our pies are baked in brick ovens to create a crispy, slightly darker crust that our customers crave.

This is a place where you design your own pasta. First, you choose the pasta you love from our selection of pastas. Then you choose your sauce from our home-made sauces (all our sauce recipes are proprietary and based on California-style, Italian-inspired original recipes). Next, choose your protein from an array of meats and fish. Then choose your toppings from a variety of fresh vegetables and cheeses. We will cook your own pasta creation in front of you, YOUR WAY! There is always a new combination to discover. Everyone gets what they crave: we provide an endless number of combinations that appeal to health conscious diners, meat lovers, vegetarians, gluten free diets, kids, and those that are simply "craving a great pasta".
