Using Italian 00 imported flour, the water, the duration of fermentation, the handling of the dough and yes the love and energy you put into it all matters! Rossanos was always the vision and dream of Marcelo Rossano, and in the midst of the Covid pandemic he began the business with his wife, Sharon. Unbelievable how good this food is!! I had the rock shrimp risotto and my husband had the lasagna. Very generous portions gave us plenty for lunch the next day. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I usually like to try different places when I visit but I know this will be my go-to place when we come back.
