Family owned for 44 years. Vitale's Bakery specializes in Italian baked goods including breads, pizza shells, pastries and more. We are both a wholesale and retail bakery located on the hill.

Handmade pastas and dishes are made fresh daily from recipes that date back three generations. Try the toasted ravioli topped with a rich marinara sauce, it's a local favorite. The flash-fried spinach is flavorful and worth considering. We opened our Edwardsville, IL location in 2009. We now have an additional Illinois location in historic O'Fallon, IL that also includes a brewery called Peel Brewing Company. In 2018 we opened our third location in Clayton Missouri. We offer wood fired pizza, wings, salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas, paella, tacos, house made desserts, gluten free crust, vegan and vegetarian options. We are kid friendly. Private party space in our O'Fallon and Clayton locations. Brunch, and outdoor seating.
