A jukebox in one corner plays some of the best the 1980s have to offer, while the crowd grooves along, illuminated by the ambient red glow of the many lamps that dangle overhead at the retro-chic Cosmo's. This groovy bar is an oddball mix of delights that makes for a fun-filled night. The martinis are strong and well-crafted by talented bartenders, served alongside spirits, beer and a varied food menu with pizzas and Vietnamese Banh Mi. Classic movies from the 1980s are often screened as well, making for a more relaxed evening with friends. Cosmo's is neither trendy nor outdated, sitting comfortably on the fence between the two with oodles of retro charm to boot.
La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and artisanal pasta. The pizzaioli work in the open, in front of the wood-burning oven, while the pasta is shaped a few steps away and served al dente. Order the bucatini cacio e pepe or the tagliatelle alla bolognese, pick a bottle from the Italian list, and finish with a gelato.

Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or "fior di latte" is shipped fresh from Italy. Gluten free and vegan options are available. We offer take-out and delivery!
Cane Rosso serves the most authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza in Texas, along with fresh pasta, sandwiches, salads, and desserts, in a casual, friendly environment. We have a large dog-friendly patio, and we offer dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
