Ciao

Ciao is a classic Italian restaurant that serves equally traditional recipes from mamma's kitchen. As antipasti, diners can start with mussels, baked clams, an insalata caprese (caprese salad) or the traditional plate of antipasto. The house pasta dishes like penne Puttanesca and spaghetti Carbonara are also made according to standard. Additionally, the staff highly recommends the spinach & walnut ravioli or the lobster ravioli. For entrees, the kitchen specializes in chicken and veal. Both of these items are made in various ways, Parmesan, Limone, Piccata, Marsala, Fiorentino, Cacciatore, the list goes on-and-on. For complete menu (which changes from time-to-time), check website.

Toscana Italian Kitchen

This restaurant presents the best of the Tuscan kitchen with homemade pasta and recipes from nonna. Like many other Italian restaurants around town, this one focuses on veal and chicken as entrees. The skilled chefs impeccably churn out veal Saltimbocca, Toscana or Marsala and they even present an oddball juxtaposition called 'Toscanella' which is veal topped with crab meat and shrimp. There are also seafood entrees, the lobster claw fra Diavolo is always a recommended choice. Toscana also has nightly specials, most of them hail from the chef's native Milan, despite the restaurant's name.
