On a trip to Florence, Italy in 1983, Il Giardino founder Tony Gargiulo saw a wood burning oven and knew it would be the centerpiece for the soon-to-open restaurant. The first in Virginia, our oven serves up fresh focaccia bread and pizza to order. All of our delicious menu items are prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients we can find. All of our sauces are made from scratch and every item is made to order. Il Giardino offers veal, seafood, chicken, pasta, vegetarian and pizza creations that are all taste sensations.
