Integrity- doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. This is the whole premise that BFS was born and has grown upon. One of Mr. Herd's favorite sayings is "Always treat your customers as you would want your mother to be treated," and this is what our customer service representatives strive to do each and every day. Our mission here at BFS is to keep your family comfortable by providing exceptional service through integrity, hard work, and treating our customers like family.

Still family owned and operated In 1985, Eric & Nancy Raynor started Raynor Refrigeration, Inc. with the hope that they would offer the highest standard of service in the Commercial Refrigeration and Commercial & Residential Air Conditioning Industry. To this day, that is our mission statement. Representing many manufacturers and maintaining integrity through the years has kept business and residential customers alike recommending Raynor Refrigeration for any HARV needs. Still family owned and operated, we welcome new customers and are proud to maintain quality service to our existing customer base.
