In Arizona since 1988, the Petrie-Rogers Gallery provides collectors with authentic antiques and fine quality works of art from Japan, China, and Korea. Our merchandise has been acquired mainly from private collections and is fresh to the market. We primarily purchase from retired World War II veterans and individuals who lived or traveled in Asia during the early to mid-20th century. We have an extensive selection of Japanese woodblock prints; a broad range of Japanese and Chinese porcelain and ceramics; tansu and furnishings from Japan, Korea, and China; paintings; Chinese and Japanese textiles; metalwork; folk art; and antique decorative accessories. We actively purchase, consign, and appraise. Laurie Petrie Rogers has been involved in the field of Asian Studies for over 30 years. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Asian Studies from Harvard University, is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and reads Japanese. She taught Chinese history at Pima College in Tucson for 10 years.
