Tesia has been a working artist in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 205 years. She specializes in large format abstracts with lush layers of color and texture. In 2000 she was hired by Golden Artist Colors, as the Golden Working Artist in San Francisco. She received her BFA from the Academy of Art in 1984, studied lithography at the San Francisco Art Institute in 1990 and received her Masters of Art in 1992 at John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, California. Tesia has taught at the Mendocino Art Center, Palo Alto Art Center, San Francisco City College, Santa Fe NM Community College, the Randall Museum in San Francisco, Walnut Creek Civic Arts and other facilities. Her work is collected both locally and internationally with patrons as far away as Tokyo. Tesia is currently represented by Marion Meyer Gallery in Laguna Beach, California.
