At Alyce's Art Studio we offer a curriculum that encourages self-expression, teaches traditional skills, reflects contemporary ideas, and is centered around the needs of the individual. At Alyce's Art Studio the teacher is a facilitator, an art enthusiast, and an expert. Students will use visual references taken from famous artists and life in order to develop a deeper understanding of the formal elements of art. At the same time, they will be given opportunities to explore various mediums and techniques. By providing her students with thorough knowledge about art's history, forms, and elements and at the same time allowing for personal interpretation, imagination, and self-expression, Alyce's students will be able to create their own personal vision.
