Wall Decor & More Art and Framing provides complete custom framing services. We also have a large selection of framed art and can assist customers in locating other images. We are different from other shops in that we stock 80% or more of what we show on our sample walls (we show @1800 frames and @1200 mats). We use the latest technology including computerized mat cutting equipment. We are able to cut multi- opening mats in assorted shapes such as ovals, circles, squares and multi-sided openings. We also have the ability to cut lettering into the mat. Our computerized saws combined with age old hand craftsmanship give our customers the best value for their dollar. What thrills and surprises many first time customers is the large selection of frame samples we have as well as the comfortable show room in which they may browse. We try to show ways to enhance the art without detracting from it.

The Amy H. Carberry Fine Arts Gallery, part of the Fine Arts Program and the School of Liberal and Professional Studies at STCC, encourages intellectual engagement and dialogue beyond the traditional classroom. Endowed by the Carberry Family in 2003, the gallery hosts five to six solo and group exhibitions, featuring artists, gallery talks, engaging lectures, insightful interviews, student workshops, and panel discussions, from September to May. This 1,000 sq ft gallery serves as an interactive learning space at a community college, challenging stereotypes of galleries as exclusive venues and breaking preconceived notions about who artists are and what they create. One of the primary goals is to highlight a diverse range of media, ideas, and artistic practices on campus, exposing the Greater Springfield community to a broad spectrum of creative and intellectual work and inspiring visitors to pursue their own artistic endeavors.
