The Regional Arts Commission provides funding for the arts and cultural institutions in order to contribute to local economic development. Artistic considerations, equal access across diverse cultural groups, and fiscal health are seen as crucially interrelated issues. The Commission maintains a number of programs and initiatives to further their goals, including a Gallery occupying the first floor of their Cultural Resource Center.
