Venture is the combined effort of three of York's most creative women. The store itself has high quality handcrafted items, as well as one of a kind found objects. On a three month, seasonal schedule, the store will be changed out to reflect our current interests. The fine art in our store comes from local and national artists. In addition, we will be holding classes to share what we know: knitting, crocheting, beading, embroidery and book arts. Customers also love our location in the Royal Square neighborhood-easy parking, safe and easy to get to.
At Paint and Enjoy, we offer a fun time for everyone - regardless of your previous craft and painting experience. We travel to different venues and event spaces, including homes and offices, to host parties and private functions. Fundraisers are one of our specialties and we will come to you! For our classes, you can choose any type of material to paint on including: wood, canvas, slate, tile, glass, wine bottles, or wine glasses! Classes are also offered in: acrylic painting, watercolor, alcohol ink, wood burning, sea glass, pour painting, crushed glass, and sign making. If you’re looking for something different, try our Kokedama Garden Art, Moss Art, Mini Terrariums, or Mini Fairy Gardens with plants and succulents. Paint and Enjoy is available for: Painting Parties, face painting parties, kids painting parties, farewell parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties for all ages, paint and wine nights, date nights, girls's night, plant and enjoy, company events, icebreakers, etc. Classes are offered for all ages and for every occasion.
