Housed in a 1940's cottage on the south shore of Bachman Lake, Norwood Flynn Gallery exhibits and sells fine art, including paintings, sculpture, drawings and new media with an emphasis on unique contemporary Texas artists.
This gallery, located in Oak Cliff, promotes both upcoming and known artists in the field of contemporary fine art. Set up in June 2004, by artist Steve Cruz, the gallery is a must visit for the art lover. Though it's open only on weekends, prior appointments can be fixed for other days. Past shows include 'The Miss Texas show', 'Welcome to Oak Cliff', 'Matchbox' and many more hits.
We offer free local delivery and installation of all art purchased through the gallery. One compliment I've heard over and over from visitors is they really like the variety of high-quality artwork. A lot of fine art galleries in the Design District specialize in one type, style or period of art and we carry a variety of styles from full-time working artists that I've gotten to know from traveling around the country exhibiting for the last 5 years. Most of our artists are very accessible and love establishing relationships with their collectors.
