To be housed inside the historic INS building, INSCAPE is touted to be the next biggest thing literally in Seattle's effervescent arts scene. Spread over 77,000 sq. ft of space, the entire building will be rented out by small art enterprises and non-profit companies who'll work together with other artists. Art by Fire is a place where glass, flame, and imagination come together. Our gallery features handmade pieces that reflect the beauty and personality of the craft—thoughtful gifts, artful decor, and things that make you pause and look twice. For those curious about the process, we offer private glassblowing sessions where you and your group shape molten glass with guidance from skilled instructors. They’re here not just for their mastery of the medium, but because they genuinely enjoy teaching and sharing the art. We also teach bead making, a delicate, mesmerizing process known as lampworking. It's a quieter kind of magic—watching vibrant glass turn into something small and luminous. Whether you’re here to observe or create, it’s about slowing down and connecting with something timeless.
