If You Had Malicious Attempt Please Read Or Call: Our website has been hacked and spammers are maliciously running credit cards on our system (we use Braintree, a PayPal company, as the online processor). Most of the malicious attacks are coming from outside the U.S., along with many who have called said they had malicious attempts at other locations - it appears to be a widespread attack. We do not have access to credit card numbers - they are online and entered by the "user" into the Braintree system. We never see or take the card details. We do not have a retail location that takes credit cards, so we do not take credit card details from customers nor a way to run credit cards other than the online system. We have tried to stop it, but it seems every time we do something, they find a way around it. At this time, we are diligently working on an entirely new website which is costly and, unfortunately, takes time. If you are a victim of this (as we are) we suggest you cancel your card immediately. The vast majority of the recent malicious attempts are for either $0.00 or are declined. Should a charge go through, we will process refunds as soon as we are aware of it being fraud. Call, email or chat with us if any questions or you do not see a refund. We have been in business since 1987 and are working to remedy this issue. As a drastic measure we may have to shut down our website check out processes, hurting our business. Again, we do not have your card info.
