YVXNG: Streetwear Supply is a streetwear store located in downtown Macon on Poplar Street, one of the busiest streets in the city. The store was built and opened completely independently by a 22 year old local entrepreneur with the goal of creating something Macon doesn’t already have. The store carries over 30 local and independent clothing brands. YVXNG operates as a community based platform where brands can grow, customers can discover new talent, and the city can support its own. The shop has an underground Atlanta streetwear feel, but with a clean, premium layout that takes the brands seriously and presents them the right way. Every part of the space is put together to feel different from anything else downtown. From the layout and lighting to the artwork on the walls, the store blends street culture with a polished look that still feels raw and creative. Outside the store, mannequins are used as a public canvas where artists and creators can express themselves through graffiti and artwork, making the storefront part of the culture as much as the inside. YVXNG has grown alongside a large TikTok following that’s documented the entire journey, from buildout to opening. What started as a low key spot is becoming a known place for creativity, fashion, and community. The store is about bringing people together, giving young creatives a positive outlet to be seen for doing something productive and meaningful through streetwear. There’s nothing else like it in downtown Macon.
