A two-time guest designer at Hartford Fashion Week, Troy has been designing for 12 years, showcasing his creations at more than 80 fashion shows from NYC, Miami to Las Vegas. Based in Hartford, Conn., he earned his bachelors in Fashion Design and Marketing from International Academy of Design, including studies in Milan, Italy.
