Welcome to Pure Detroit. We are more than just a company with Detroit in its name. Pure Detroit has grown from the ground up, thanks to community support for over 18 years. The first Pure Detroit store opened on Thanksgiving Day in 1998 in the David Whitney Building (architect: Daniel Burnham, 1915) on Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit. Since then, Pure Detroit has grown to five locations, each located in landmark Detroit buildings: The Fisher Building (architect: Albert Kahn, 1928) Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm The Guardian Building (architect: Wirt Rowland, 1929) Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm The GM Renaissance Center (architect: John Portman, 1973) Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm The Strathmore (1924) Hours: Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 7:00pm Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm The Belle Isle Aquarium (architect: Albert Kahn, 1904) Hours: Friday - Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm
