We Operate By Appointment Only! There have been several one-star reviews referring to my "Customer service" as of late. Allow me to explain. I am a one man operation without a staff. I am not always available to meet on a drop in basis. I try to do my very best to accommodate my schedule to yours to fulfill your goals but please understand that for me to keep the prices as low as I do, I can not afford to pay staff and have salesmen on commission like my competitors do. You are free to shop at full service mattress stores if that suits your needs better, however I am for those that want to cut costs. A few conveniences may need to be sacrificed but rest assured it is so worth it. You will also notice on my reviews that the people who have exhibited a little patience and have actually bought a mattress with us almost always leave a 5 star review. Our only bad reviews are the ones written out of frustration, not by customers. Just an observation for you to take into consideration when considering us. And to everyone that has left me a one star review, don't hesitate to give me another opportunity to save you a ton of money on a high end mattress. Let me earn a five-star review from you.
