Leader s Casual Furniture is the leading supplier of casual furniture in Florida. Casual furniture, which is very popular in Florida s tropical climate, is the name given to wicker, rattan and patio furniture with decorative fabric cushions. In 1971, Leader s began in a modest showroom in St. Petersburg, Fla. The company has since expanded to 15-plus locations throughout the state. Each store carries a variety of indoor and outdoor furniture, including dining tables and chairs, beds, dressers, armoires, couches, coffee tables, patio furniture and umbrellas. In 1990, the Casual Furniture Manufacturers of America named Leader s the Best Casual Furniture Retailer in North America.
