Our staff has an average15 years in the jewelry business - another advantage when in comes to answering your questions and concerns. Another unique aspect of Innsbruck Jewelers is the fact that we do most of our jewelry repairs on premises, allowing for a quick turnaround time. One of our favorite tools is our nearly exclusive microscope/color monitor system, which allows us to show a customer their diamonds or jewelry up close and enlarged. With this tool we can show exactly why a repair is needed, the inclusions or flaws that are unique to each individual gem and take a picture of these flaws to give the customer for future reference.
