We specialize in outdoor plants we know well and that do well in the Baton Rouge area. In addition to your fundamental plant needs, we have a large selection of bedding plants, perennials, ornamentals, herbs & vegetables, fruit & citrus trees, and a growing selection of indoor plants. We carry a variety of essential gardening and landscaping tools & supplies, as well as seeds, pottery, and art. The Plant Barn features a covered shopping area, a green house around the corner, and a shade house in the back. We consistently care for our plants and restock often, so if you don't see what you need just ask and it might be here soon!

Friendship Acres Farm is more than a store! We are a garden center that hosts monthly flea markets, sells fireworks and fresh watermelons, has a seasonal batting cage, hosts craft clubs and plant workshops. Our customers love asking, "What's happening at the farm?"
