Comprising of a majority of staff from within five miles (8.05 kilometers) of its store location, Nike Community Store does live up to its name. Opened in 2016, it is just a few minutes away from the Little Caesars Arena. Set in a more than century old building, its walls are adorned with local sports landmarks and a typography work that reads 'Detroit Never Stops'. As an ode to the city's sports legacy, you will also find merchandise for the Michigan State University teams, Detroit Lions and Detroit Tigers. The store also organizes sports and fitness programs in the locality.
