About Us We are a mother-and-daughter boutique thrift store dedicated to offering extremely low prices for the entire family. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where everyone can find unique treasures without breaking the bank. Events and Community In addition to our retail offerings, we host events at our event center, accommodating up to 12 people. Our space is designed to bring people together. Please note that our website is currently under construction; once it is complete, we will update our event schedules online for the community. This bulletin will also be updated accordingly. Phoebes Place is named after my grandmother, who taught me how to sew. We are a family /minority owned business, making handmade culinary products and upcycled denim jackets, Doiley art, gourd art and Japanese 8-strand braiding bracelets and dog collars.
