Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, home décor, building materials, appliances, and more to the public at a fraction of retail prices. All ReStore proceeds fund Habitat for Humanity’s mission to create more housing opportunity in the Bay Area by building new homes, providing affordable home repairs, and offering free housing and financial counseling services. ReStore accepts donations from the public and local businesses and diverts over 15 million pounds of reusable goods from landfills each year.
