We are a non-profit resource center for foster children and their caregivers. We have a wonderful thrift store with awesome prices. We are open on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 9-1. Our Mission statement: Our hope is that every child be born into loving arms. When that is not possible,that other arms are there to wrap the child in love and healing. Straight From The Heart's mission is to support those children and the arms who hold them.

Located in North City San Marcos near Cal State San Marcos, we offer affordable, sustainable, and stylish secondhand fashion, from vintage finds to everyday essentials. Every purchase supports Interfaith Community Services programs, helping local families and individuals in need. With the help of CSUSM students, interns, and volunteers, we created a youthful and welcoming atmosphere. Kind Threads brings the community together through curated donations, eco-friendly shopping, and fun pop-up events.
