Today 2022, my sister and I are all grown up with children and grandchildren of our own. Lessons and traditions were passed down from our parents and grandparents to my sister and I, who have continued to pass those down, with the hopes that tradition will continue. Mom made sure good ole fashioned values continued through the generations. From the jellies and jams, the canning and sealing, the planting and growing, the knitting and sewing, the baking and cooking were those family secrets shared from her.
