The Ann Arbor PTO Thrift Shop is your source for unique, gently-used treasures — with all proceeds headed to the Ann Arbor Public Schools and its students.
Our 300-plus, all volunteer members accept, sort, and price thousands of gently used, donated goods in our retail shop each month. Proceeds from the sales fund grants to local agencies that support families and individuals with housing, utilities, food, and health-related needs. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization operating continuously since 1932, The Ann Arbor Thrift Shop has awarded over $1.5 dollars in grants over the last 5 years. We specialize in vintage clothing, jewelry, and accessories from the 1950s through the 1990s. We aim to find unique & interesting vintage goods in great condition for all shapes, sizes, and walks of life!
The Salvation Army donation centers accept clothes donations, furniture donations, car donations, and other gently used goods. All items sold at our thrift stores help fund local programs that heal addictions, restore families and change lives. Plato's Closet buys and sells gently used teen and young adult clothing. We pay cash on the spot and accept all seasons of clothing all the time. We buy and sell both guys and girls clothes from sizes XS-6X and look for current brands and styles in good condition.
