Over a century ago, the Flour Mill was a functional flour factory. In 1974, during the massive citywide renovations for the World's Fair, the Flour Mill was converted into the retail and restaurant space it is today. Housing popular shopping destinations like Chocolate Apothecary and Wonders of the World, the Mill is also close to Spokane Veteran Memorial Arena and Spokane Civic Theatre.
