Located at the historic Anaheim Packing House, Black Sheep GCB is one of many wonderful local restaurants in this beautifully refurbished structure. Here, GCB stands for 'Grilled Cheese Bar', and that's where the chefs create gooey masterpieces filled with Fontina, Raclette, Manchego, Cheddar, Swiss and much more. Black Sheep is simple, flavorful and perfect for those days when you want to eat something different and revert to your childhood, albeit these sandwiches are more upscale than the ones mom used to make.

Piadina
Many centuries ago, tucked away in north central Italy, the piadina was born. An unassuming yet unique creation, local vegetables, meats and cheeses were layered onto a simple flatbread of freshly cooked dough and served from small carts in the towns. The craving for this delightful little sandwich is what spurred us to make our own, bringing together the warmth of Italy and the lighter tastes of California, with no trans fats or animal fats. Knowing that nothing beats the quality and taste of local produce, our fresh, seasonal ingredients will showcase the best of the West Coast markets. Now we'd like to share this iconic piece of Italy with California - two worlds sharing a piece of history in a simple sandwich.
The Sandwich Hut has been serving our customers for well over 15 years. As of September 16th, 2022, the restaurant is now under new ownership after the previous owner retired. We have kept the same menu and use only the freshest ingredients. We can also accommodate for catering outside of business hours when given advanced notice. Thank you!
