Fresh Side Cafe, serving fresh soups, sandwiches, salads, and other lunch items and offering a grab-and-go counter for customers.The student-run cafe is one of the Career Center's numerous hands-on career preparation offerings. Students attend the Career Center for part of each school day to learn a vocation.The Fresh Side Cafe is open to all in the community. It is open from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. every Tuesday through Friday at the Career Center, 2935 North Ave.

The Garden of Eat’n is the largest salad bar on Colorado’s western slope. We offer an extensive selection of toppings with over 50 fresh and different veggies, meats and fruits to make your salad the best you’ve had in a long time. As well as our salad bar we also offer a selection of 6 different hot soups, a hot potato bar and a wide variety of made to order sandwiches. We’ve called Grand Junction our home since 2005 and consider everyone who comes through our door as part of our family.
