At the Wing Shack we pride ourselves on the preparation of the chicken wing. We use fresh, never frozen wings and each order is cooked fresh with just the right amount of crispiness. But was is the chicken wing without being tossed in some mouthwatering sauce? We have 12 different homemade sauces to choose from, ranging from a kid friendly mild sauce to our taste bud incinerating Bear Hot sauce. All of our sauces are original recipes and are homemade every day in our sauce kitchen. Using only the finest ingredients and freshest peppers, we like to think our sauces are what separates our chicken wings from the rest of the pack.

Elvira’s Cuban Cuisine, named after my abuela (grandma) Elvira, opened in February 2025, where I offer authentic Cuban food. The recipes I use have been in my family for generations; some dating back 150+ years. My dad & his entire family were born & raised in either Cuba or Puerto Rico; they moved to Puerto Rico when my dad was about 10. Therefore, I grew up cooking tons of food from both these cuisines & dreamed about opening a Cuban restaurant when I was little. The ultimate goal is to move out of the commissary I operate out of & into legit, sit down restaurant space of my own. Call or order today!
