Square Peg Pizzeria on Long Hill Street is the only one of our locations open for breakfast: omelettes and the Pegg & Cheese from 7am at weekends. The rest of the week it's the full Square Peg. Dough is made from scratch and never frozen, then fired in a wood-burning oven into neo-Neapolitan rounds with a blistered, chewy crust. There's Detroit-style pan pizza too, along with handmade pasta, chicken and eggplant parm, Italian subs, wings and salads, and a full bar. An easy stop off Route 2 or the Charter Oak Bridge.
