It all started when four young Italian cousins tasted the most delicious and authentic bagel sandwich at a little unassuming shop in the heart of Towson, Maryland. Originally ‘Towson Hot Bagels’, discovering that bagel sandwich was the catalyst which set their futures in motion. The cousins, who were raised in the restaurant business, were inspired to share these delicious bagels and their positive energy with the world.
