We are an artisan wood fired smoked meat company. We use oak wood only to smoke all of our meats. No electric, propane or pellet smokers for us. It is 100 % wood fired which is labor intensive, but we believe it provides a better product. Everything is homemade from our sauces to our signature side dishes We hope you taste the love in every bite.
