Casertano's Cucina (kitchen in Italian) prepares all the food in the restaurant and for our catering menu on the premises, including all of our desserts. For our lunch and dinner crowd we specialize in subs, sandwiches, wraps and paninis. We also offer homemade soups, salads and burgers. The Cucina offers a breakfast menu for our early morning risers and is available all through the day.
