The Schat's are a well-known family of Dutch Baker's. Most people know the name from Bishop, California, where the "original" bakery is located. But it all started long before in the Netherlands. Schat's Bakery in Minden, Nevada, was established in 2020 and is locally owned and operated by Isaiah and Cheyenne Schat.
